Worksvel designs and builds Forge apps, Rovo agents, and Atlassian solutions. Project scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities are defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work, order form, or written agreement.

• Provide accurate project information, access, approvals, and feedback when needed.
• Confirm that you have the right to share any systems, data, or materials you provide.
• Use delivered work in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform terms.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees, taxes, payment schedules, and expenses are handled under the applicable written project terms. Late payments may pause work or support until the account is current.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless project terms say otherwise, you own the custom deliverables we create for you after full payment. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, know-how, and general methods. You grant us the rights needed to use your materials to perform the services.

6. Confidentiality and Data

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our work may depend on Atlassian, hosting providers, APIs, marketplaces, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or limitations of third-party services.
